PROFILE _____________________________________________________________________________________ Pooja Vaidyanath is an Indian playback singer and performer, who has worked with eminent Indian music directors including A R Rahman, Ilaiyaraja, D imman, G V Prakash, Yuvan Shankar Raja and many more. She shot to fame in 2010, through the popular Tamil Reality show Super Singer and her success at the show helped her gain recognition among prominent music personalities and culminated in her big break with the Mozart of Madras: A R Rahman for the song “Tum Tak” in the movie Raanjhanaa Since her debut, she has worked with top music directors in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages churning out various hit numbers including Aalaporan Thamizan from Mersal, Paakadey Paakadey from Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam, Eppa Mama Treatu from Jilla and Thaliava: Title track to name a few.
