Dying Matters – What can you do?

Well, there’s plenty you can do. None of us can avoid death, but all of us can do things to make it easier for ourselves and others.

You can do something for yourself, your family, your friends and your community. You can do a little or a lot to help people cope with dying and make it easier for those who live on.

It all starts with talking, but there’s much more you can do. Everyone needs practical support, and everyone can offer it too.
