Meeting Notice M EETING NOTICE W YOMING LEGISLATIVE SERVICE OFFICE JOINT EDUCATION INTERIM COMMITTEE Senator Henry H.R. "Hank" Coe and Representative David Northrup, Co-chairmen of the Joint Education Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet: December 19, 2016 8:30 a.m. via Teleconference Public Attendance will be at: Jonah Business Center, Room L54 3001 E. Pershing Boulevard Cheyenne, Wyoming Agenda The purpose of this meeting is to review draft legislation and consider issues related to school finance as requested at the Committee’s November 14-15 meeting. Meeting topics are identified on the attached meeting agenda. The Committee will meet by teleconference; the official meeting site for public attendance will be in the Jonah Business Center, Room L54. Please direct questions about this meeting to Legislative Service Office Committee staff Matthew Willmarth at: (307) 777-7881. Individuals who plan to provide written information to the Committee during the meeting should bring sufficient copies of the information for members of the Committee, Committee staff, and interested members of the audience. In addition, please provide an electronic copy of the materials to Committee staff at or prior to the meeting. The Committees then met separately at Casper College. The Wyoming Insurance Commissioner provided an update on Health Insurance Exchanges and the Affordable Care Act. The Department of Health reported on its Medicaid reform implementation, the Life Resource Center study and Title 25/Wyoming State Hospital issues.
