Reason: MD TM/18/01044/FL – The Oaks Maidstone Road Tonbridge Kent TN11 0DJ – Mr & Mrs Clarke are applying for side extension to the existing garage. Reason: CA HH TM/18/00773/FL & TM/18/00774/LB – Bridge House 23 East Street Tonbridge Kent TN9 1HP – Mr Andrew Bannister is applying for conversion of an existing bitumen flat roof to a walk-on garden terrace. Reason: CA LB HH

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
