U N I T E D S T A T E S A I R F O R C E CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT SCOTT SIKORSKI Chief Master Sergeant Scott Sikorski is the Director of Plans and Programs at the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, Alabama. Chief Sikorski is responsible for executing the educational program for 1,900 senior enlisted leaders annually on the employment of military capabilities from a joint and coalition perspective. Additionally, Chief Sikorski confers with AF senior leaders to optimize attendance and resolve personnel and policy issues. He also oversees the student awards and Fit to Fight programs as well as graduation activities to include retreat. Chief Sikorski also maintains proficiency in the latest educational methodology; analyzes and improves instructional systems delivery for relevant curriculum and classroom operations. Finally, he also assesses and evaluates both instructor and student performance in complex leadership environments. _ Chief Sikorski is from Walton NY where he graduated from O’Neil Jr/Sr High School in 1990 and SUNY Delhi in 1993 with an AAS degree in Business Administration. He enlisted in the Air Force through the Delayed Enlistment Program in May 1994. From there he stayed at Lackland AFB and completed Traffic Management Technical Training School. Since graduating technical training, Chief Sikorski has moved several times in his Air Force career holding many different leadership positions at the flight, Squadron and MAJCOM level as well as a few special duty assignments in support of the Air Force’s mission. His assignments include bases in Alabama, California, Delaware, Korea, Maryland, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. CMSgt Sikorski had deployed in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
