In addition, five bus services will be temporarily diverted due to the Chinese New Year Light-Up Ceremony on 31 January. North-South and East-West Lines The last trains toward Joo Koon, Pasir Ris, Marina Bay and Jurong East MRT stations will depart City Hall MRT station at 12.30am. Circle Line The last train towards HarbourFront MRT station will depart Dhoby Ghaut MRT station at 11.55pm. The last train towards Dhoby Ghaut MRT station will depart HarbourFront MRT station at 11.30pm. Bukit Panjang LRT Passengers on the last northbound train can connect to the last Bukit Panjang LRT train at 1.31am. The lease and development of the Land Parcel is subject to these Technical Conditions of Tender and the Conditions of Tender contained in the Developer’s Packet. In these Technical Conditions of Tender, where the context so admits, the expression “the Authority” includes the Government. 1.2 The successful tenderer shall in addition to the Conditions of Tender observe and comply with these Technical Conditions of Tender.
