A 1999 graduate of Minnesota-Mor- ris, she brings nearly two decades of collegiate coaching experience to Riverdale. After beginning her career as a graduate assistant at North Dakota State from 2000-02, Vulin spent six seasons as an assistant coach at Sacred Heart from 2002-08. She was on the staff at Villanova for seven seasons (2008-15) before spending the 2015-16 campaign as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Virginia Tech. Vulin won her first game as a head coach against Holy Cross, defeating the Cru- saders 60-56 on November 11, 2016 at home. She won her first MAAC game against Siena on December 30, 2016, when the Jaspers defeated the Saints 68-66 in Riverdale. #playGREEN THE COACHING STAFF The Coaches Vulin’s staff consists of Assistant Coaches Sahar Nusseibeh, Allie Bas- setti, and Callan Taylor, who are all in their second season on the Man- HEATHER VULIN 2nd Season at Manhattan/2nd Overall hattan College staff. The director of women’s basketball operations is Alma Mater: Minnesota-Morris ’99 Rena Wakama. Taylor, 14th Season at Canisius/14th Overall the 2011-12 NEC player of the year at Sacred Heart, played basketball Alma Mater: St. Bonaventure ’90 professionally overseas before arriving in Riverdale.
