They have a memorable graduation year number, memorable achievements and memorable class antics. The mixed blessing of memory, how- ever, is that both good and bad sticks. Years from now, the class of 2020 will have a unique gradua- tion year story to tell, recalling both what happened and what did not. Regardless, this year’s senior class is defined not by what occurred during their final months at Seabury, but by the friendships they formed. The seniors’ favorite memories range from lighthearted to serious. For instance, senior Henry Nelson fondly recalls “Dive bombing Luke Hornberger in the lounge.” Another is short and sweet. Senior Siena Casagrande simply calls to mind an iconic former member of the class of 2020, Aaron Cai. “Iykyk,” she says, using the well-known acronym for “If you know, you know.” Faculty member Amy Meyers fondly recalls how much fun they have together, especially on the senior retreat. “Wherever I roamed, I saw groups of people who just enjoyed spending time to- gether; no one was excluded or being distant,” she says. The seniors enjoy spending time together, but they also formed close relationships with Seabury fac- ulty. “Spending time with Dr. Eicher during open hours and after school was always my favorite part of the day,” says senior Sami Dennon. “There was always something funny/interesting happening with the Class of 2020 each day!!!” says faculty member Bill Gollier. And of course, they formed relationships with anyone and everyone in the Seabury communi- ty: “I want to thank all the people I've met along the way for making me who I am today and show- ing me what love and friendship is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” says senior Britain Hamm. The class of 2020 certainly left their mark on Seabury, from the time they entered the school as jolly sixth graders to this frankly absurd year. They braved construction and a global pandemic, not to mention the horrors of Mr. Pulsinelli’s English class, all while maintaining their good humor and forming wonderful friendships along the way. In the words of senior Addie Bay, “The class of 2020 is the best senior class Bishop has ever seen. Don’t @ me!” Seniors, What a year it has been. Nobody expected it to go this way. We all expected you all to be pulling pranks, hav- ing the yearly Senior BBQ and excitedly chatting about Florida. None of that happened. After Spring Break, the entire world shut down, effectively putting an end to your senior year. But you shouldn’t let that stop you. Your class will always be remembered for its resilience in the face of trag- edy and perseverance in a time of hardship. Although many of the normal activities were canceled, you made the best of the situation. New traditions were started (Senior Showcase, anyone?) and you continued to make an impact on the school long after you left it for good. You will also always be known as the senior class who had to put up with construction. Your senior lounge was out in West campus, amid noisy construction. You still made it your home. The haunted house didn’t have access to a gym, or frankly much space at all. You still made the haunted house happen. You still made every single possible tradition and activity happen. So, Class of 2020, your time here has come to an end. We hope to see all of you back for graduation in August, but until then -- good luck.

I bring this series into the discussion because of the ways in which it echos, parallels, and alludes to both Emma and Clueless individually, and the two as a source pair. I do not argue that the series is an actual adaptation, but rather, a sort of collage, recombining motifs from both source texts to create something new, exciting, and completely absurd.

  • Zootopia Movie Review & Film Summary
In Memoriam 1942 – 2013 | ROGEREBERT..COM Choose a Section REVIEWS ZOOTOPIA | Matt Zoller Seitz March 4, 2016 | Fantasy films aimed at kids don’t have to have political messages, but when they do, they should either be internally consistent, or work through the contradictions in terms that kids can apply to the real world. “Zootopia,” a fantasy set in a city where Print Page predators and prey live together in harmony, is a funny, beautifully designed kids’ film with a message that it restates at every Like 179 turn. But if you think about that message for longer than five minutes, it doesn’t merely fall apart, it invites a reading that is 0 almost surely contrary to the movie’s seemingly enlightened spirit: discrimination is wrong, but stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason, and it’s not easy for members of a despised class to overcome the reasons why the majority despises them, so you gotta be patient. Ginnifer Goodwin (“Big Love”) voices Bunny Hops, a small town rabbit who’s told that she WATCH NOW can’t be a police officer in Zootopia because there’s never been a rabbit police officer. (The job tends to be done by predators and large herbivores—like a water buffalo that’s become a police captain, voiced by Idris Elba.) Hops makes it through police training anyway and gets assigned to meter maid duty, to the relief of her carrot farmer parents (Bonnie Hunt and Don Lake), who gave her fox repellent as a going-away present. They had good reason to give her fox repellent: the fox is one of the rabbit’s mortal enemies, and when Judy was child, a fox cornered her at a county fair, insulted her for being a bunny, and slashed her face with his paw.

FinalProject 25/08/2018, 930 PM COGS108 Final Project Group Members: Yanyi Wang Ziwen Zeng Lingfei Lu Yuhan Wang Yuqing Deng Introduction and Background Movie revenue is one of the most important measure of good and bad movies. Revenue is also the most important and intuitionistic feedback to producers, directors and actors. Therefore it is worth for us to put effort on analyzing what factors correlate to revenue, so that producers, directors and actors know how to get higher revenue on next movie by focusing on most correlated factors. Our project focuses on anaylzing all kinds of factors that correlated to revenue, for example, genres, elements in the movie, popularity, release month, runtime, vote average, vote count on website and cast etc. After analysis, we can clearly know what are the crucial factors to a movie's revenue and our analysis can be used as a guide for people shooting movies who want to earn higher renveue for their next movie. They can focus on those most correlated factors, for example, shooting specific genre and hire some actors who have higher average revenue. Reasrch Question: Various factors blend together to create a high revenue for movie, but what are the most important aspect contribute to higher revenue? What aspects should people put more effort on and what factors should people focus on when they try to higher the revenue of a movie? http://localhost:8888/nbconvert/html/Desktop/MyProjects/Pr_085/FinalProject.ipynb?download=false Page 1 of 62 FinalProject 25/08/2018, 930 PM Hypothesis: We predict that the following factors contribute the most to movie revenue.

  • 'PORTRAIT of LOVE' CAST BIOS JASON DOHRING (Luke
‘PORTRAIT OF LOVE’ CAST BIOS JASON DOHRING (Luke Dwyer) — From a 400-year-old vampire working to keep his identity under wraps, to a charming, manipulative serial killer confounding the doctor assigned to his case, and a portrayal of Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, Jason Dohring has brought to life some of the most diverse characters to the big and small screens over the last few years. Dohring was seen in 2014 reprising his starring role as ‘Logan Echolls’ opposite Kristen Bell in Warner Bros’ “Veronica Mars.” The film picks up where the hit television series left off; after ten years Logan finds himself the number one suspect in a murder and he needs Veronica (Bel) to help clear his name and crack the case. “Veronica Mars” recently made theatrical history, becoming one of the most successful Kickstarter projects of all time, raising over $5.7 million dollars to make the movie from over 90,000 fans and supporters. In addition to “Veronica Mars,” Dohring recently filmed independent feature “The Squeeze,” opposite Jeremy Sumpter. Born in Toledo, Ohio and raised in Los Angeles, Dohring got his start in entertainment at a young age. His family made the move to LA when he was four years old. His siblings, identical twin brothers and identical twin sisters all worked steadily and he wanted to follow in their footsteps. By eight years old he was booking print and television jobs and launched his theatrical career at 11 years old. He attended the Young Actor’s Space, where he honed his craft and studied alongside Jessica Biel and Allison Mac.
