LANCASTER PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (LPAC): owned by City of Lancaster opened in October, 1991 has 2 venues; larger main stage proscenium and Nellie and Lou Bozigian Family Theatre, black box space operates under Parks, Arts, Recreation and Community Services Department (PARCS) Floor is at same level push for dock, main stage, main dressing rooms, BFT, Box Office and Main Lobby plans dining space based on Artist groups are in LPAC simultaneously, their head counts, and venue needs

MAIN LOBBY: Offers patron space for audiences seated in orchestra and pit seating, audiences for BFT shows, main Men’s and Women’s bathrooms, (1) family-ADA bathroom, water fountains, merchandise area, Zelda’s access gate, grand stairs and elevator to mezzanine, access to lighting–video–sound booths.

MEZZANINE: Offers patron space for audience seated in balcony seats, and has one Men’s and one Women’s bathroom.

MERCHANDISE: (2) tables with chairs, (1) 15 Amp wall outlet, general Wi-Fi are provided for merch sales, located in center lobby next to the elevator.

SECURITY: LPAC uses (3) walk-through metal scanners, paired with (3) hand wand/bag check tables staffed by Park Rangers, for all performances. Up to (4) access points are staffed as needed per size of audiences, to include Zelda’s access gate and rear parking lot doors for ADA accessibility. Tour staff will be advised on potential delays if large groups of audience members arrive simultaneously.
