You may also fill out a Hazard/Incident Report form or an OSCAR via Crowns Intranet home page - http://compass/Pages/crownRedirect.aspx First Aid Kits are located in each bar, at reception and the Level 3 Security office. If you, a patron or another staff member requires medical aid please inform your first point of contact Immediately. Staff members must always be accompanied to the First Aid Office by management. Operating Therapy Friday: 9:30pm – 5:00am Hours: Therapy Saturday: 10:00pm – 5:00am 1 | P a g e Co Fridays & Saturdays: 9:30pm – 5:00am Co Sundays: 10:00pm – 4:00am Websites: www.level3atcrown.com.au www.facebook.com/level3nightclubsatcrown Fire The following procedures are initial and basic steps to follow, by anyone locating a Evacuation fire in the Crown Southbank: Procedure: - Rescue anyone in immediate danger, if it is safe to do so - If possible close doors to restrict fire and smoke - Raise fire alarm by either dialling 9 switchboard or calling security and service via a portable radio to control room. - Direct staff and guest in danger to the nearest safe exit - As directed by the area warden, proceed to the nearest evacuation assembly point Happy Hour: Prices vary for Happy Hour (Open till 11pm in both Fusion and Co) - Basics are reduced to $7 2 | P a g e Operations: Staff Breaks: Breaks are allocated by the HD or Supervisor on the night. Please speak to them before leaving the bar. If you need to go to the toilet, or need to leave the bar for an urgent reason, please inform your First Point of Contact. Security & Staff Staff and security staff are ONLY allowed tap water or post mix from the gun. Drinks: They are not allowed anything sold in a bottle. Staff drinks must only be served in a hi-ball glass or larger. Soft Drinks: Water – bottles of water must be paid for. No staff, security or managers are authorised to have bottled water free, unless it is for an intoxicated patron. Water is available from guns in Fusion, and from taps in Studio 3. There is no tap water available on temporary bars in Studio 3. Coke/Sprite etc – on temporary bars in Studio 3, there are no post mix guns. Therefore, 390ml bottles of Coke, Diet Coke & Sprite are used for mixers. Please make sure you select the 390ml option on Micros when entering a mixer product on these bars. (Side Bar in Studio 3 & all other bars have post mix guns, and there is a separate Micros button for this) Bottle Sales: No bottles or cans may be served across the bar unopened. RTD bottles may not be served over the bar & must be poured into glassware. Wine or Champagne Bottles may be served over the bar however. Customers may purchase full 700cl spirit bottles; however these cannot be given to the customer to pour themselves. If waitresses are working, waitresses may pour the alcohol for the customer. Drink Cards: If a customer pays for drinks with a beverage voucher/drink card, select the “Pick Up Tab” button on Micros, enter the drinks they purchased onto the corresponding tab, then press “Send”. Make sure you know the value of the drink card, so the customer does not spend more than allowed. Remember to cross off the corresponding amount on card if applicable. Stock: If anywhere requires more stock, you should inform a manager, HD or supervisor. Do not get it yourself! Any stock moved between venues needs to be written in the IDT book, located at either Co or Fusion reception.
