FRIDAY 18TH JUNE Make your own way to Jacob’s Creek Retreat for 3pm check-in.

Jacobs Creek Retreat offers exclusive boutique vineyard accommodation. Nestled amongst stunning gardens, the historic 1840’s stone buildings have been transformed into a selection of 7 suites, across 4 different room types; all uniquely designed and furnished to create a world of relaxation and tranquillity.

3pm – Welcome drink with hosts; Stefano & Emily and introduction to rest of group.

6.30pm – Private wine tasting and welcome dinner at Lou’s Place at Lou Miranda Estate Winery (4 course meal and wine included) Lou’s Place offers a modern interpretation on Mediterranean cuisine in the beautiful and charming family-owned Lou Miranda Estate winery.

Seasonal, local produce, wholesome and generous menu and a relaxed, fun dining experience that brings a taste of the Mediterranean to the Barossa Valley.

Opening especially for our private group, it is sure to be a special dining experience.

SATURDAY 19TH JUNE Continental breakfast served in the Pavilion (at Jacob’s Creek Retreat)

8.30am – 3pm – Barossa Farmers Market visit and shop with Matteo Carboni, followed by cooking class and 4-course lunch (with wine) at Casa Carboni Moving to the beautiful Barossa Valley from Parma in Northern Italy, Fiona and Matteo Carboni established Casa Carboni in December 2012.

Matteo and Fiona’s desire to pass on the knowledge of Italian cooking using beautiful Barossa produce, combined with fine wine and the joy of sharing both with good company is the cornerstone of everything they do at Casa Carboni.

SUNDAY 20TH JUNE Continental breakfast served in the Pavilion (at Jacob’s Creek Retreat)

10.30am – Vineyard visit and wine tasting at Cirillo Estate with Marco Cirillo The Cirillo family moved to the small district of Light Pass in 1970. Vincent Cirillo became the custodian of some exceptional vineyards that were planted in 1848; today it is noted to be the oldest surviving and producing and Semillon parcels in the world. Their prized fruit went to well‐known producers; Rockford, Peter Lehmann, St. Hallet and . Marco Cirillo, the youngest of four children had always helped the family cultivate and preserve their precious Grenache, Semillon and Shiraz vineyards. It was during the late 1990’s when Marco was studying winemaking through Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, and actively working as a cellar hand where he honed his skills as an exceptional winemaker that he is today.

12pm – Signature Experience at Seppeltsfield Winery Join us in the Centennial Cellar with a wine from your own birth year direct from barrel. Followed by a long lunch at destination restaurant Seppeltsfield FINO, matched with our award winning Seppeltsfield wines. You will start with an immersive experience of the Centennial Cellar – the jewel in the crown at Seppeltsfield, privately hosted by a Seppeltsfield wine educator. Walk along-side the longest lineage of single vintage wines in the world dating back to 1878, culminating in a taste of Para Vintage Tawny direct from barrel of your birth year - a bucket list experience! Then enjoy a thoughtfully curated, regional shared menu, paired with Seppeltsfield Wines, celebrating the best of South Australia. Let us feed you, with award-winning food and wines while you sit back and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
