Memorial Day

1) (the foamy with design on top) is one of the world's great cocktails. Its base is Pisco which is a Peruvian developed by Spanish settlers in the sixteenth century. The Cocktail was first published in 1928 in the Peruvian book " the City of Kings" and has grown to be part of the Peruvian culture.

The Pisco Sour is a great suggestion for someone who is looking to try something different. It has rustic qualities, frothy texture and a couple of drops of bitters on top provide aromatics.

2) Rum Smash – (the one with the mint ganish) Is a refreshing summer cocktail made with Berkshire Mountain Rum, a muddle of mint, lemon, and demerara sugar (a very raw sugar similar with a molasses flavor similar to traditional brown sugar)

Berkshire Mountain Rum is produce locally, triple distilled and made with local grains and molasses. Its method of production is very much old world.
