Air: Edinburgh Internaonal Airport is located on the outskirts of the city. Regular airport buses and trams run from there to Edinburgh city centre and take approximately 30 minutes.

Train: The School is 30 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Haymarket staon. The accommodaon is 20 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Waverley or 10 minutes’ walk from Haymarket staon.

Bus: The nearest Naonal Express coach drop-off point is at Edinburgh bus staon, which is 5 minutes walk from Edinburgh Waverley Staon. To get to Merchiston from here, get the number 11 or 16 bus from the bus stop located just aer the Sco Monument on Princes Street.

Road: By car, the campus is easily accessible from Colinton Road, (see map below). Leave the Edinburgh Bypass (A720) at the Colinton B701 turn-off, and follow signs for Colinton onto Colinton Mains Drive, going straight on past Napier Craiglockhart. Aer connuing along Colinton Road, Napier Merchiston is on your le aer George Watson’s College.
