The subject property consists of approximately 60.05 acres of land area as described within the attached report being located along the southeast side of Sulphur Springs Road, the southwest side of Highway 17, and the east side of Burns Lane in Madison County, Mississippi. The attached appraisal report, of which this letter is a part, contains the data considered and the assumptions made upon which this appraisal is based. The conclusion of value contained herein is subject to the attached assumptions and limiting conditions. This report has been written in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Please advise if you desire any additional information or clarification of any of the data contained within my report.
