For this study, I will examine three versions of Notre-Dame de Paris: that were presented in France, in the United States and Great Britain, and in Russia. Although its focus is on translation studies, much of my research is indebted to the contributions of scholars in the field of musical theatre, particularly in the translation of musicals.
