TYPE OF RECRUITMENT INITIATIVE BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY (MENU SELECTION)
1 Participate in Job Fair / Career Fair Activity: Lee College Career Fair Date: March 28, 2019 Participating personnel: National Sales Assistant and Radio Traffic Assistant Description: Description: The SEU participated in Lee College Job Fair in Houston, Texas. This event is hosted by Lee College. The event featured booths from community organizations, and the opportunity to interact with diverse students possessing a wide variety of skills, interests, and educational backgrounds. Members of the SEU met with guests of the event to promote the various stations, answer questions related to the event, and encouraged those with an interest in broadcasting to contact the SEU with career opportunity inquiries. Presentation packages were provided with information about Estrella Media, the local stations, their personalities and programs as well as job descriptions of various positions within the SEU. Approximately 250 attended this particular event.
2 Host community event/program which assists in the Activity: Fiestas Patrias dissemination of information about broadcast Date: September 22, 2019 employment opportunities Participating personnel: Numerous SEU staff including General Sales Manager, Sales Managers, Business Manager, Programming Manager and the Promotions Manager Description: The SEU hosted its annual Festival de Cinco de Mayo event held at the Macroplaza mall in Pasadena, Texas. The events featured booths for recruiting activities, community organizations, and retailers as well as live entertainment. Members of the SEU met with guests of the event to promote the various stations, answer questions related to the event, and encourage those with an interest in broadcasting to contact the SEU with career opportunity inquiries. Presentation packages were provided with information about Estrella Media, the local stations, their personalities and programs as well as job descriptions of various positions within the SEU. Individuals were escorted around the grounds to view the various radio properties, listen to different styles of music offered by the SEU and meet with other workers at the SEU. Approximately 40,000 attended this particular event.

3 Host community event/program which assists in the Activity: TTMT Auditions Casting Call dissemination of information about broadcast Date: January 20, 2020 employment opportunities Participating personnel: Numerous SEU staff including Sales Managers, Business Manager, Programming Manager and the Promotions Manager Description: The SEU hosted TTMT Auditions at PlazaAmericas Mall in Houston, Texas. The event featured Estrella TV who presents Tengo Talento Mucho Talento, the only talent competition program on Spanish language. Members of the SEU met with guests of the event to promote the various stations, answer questions related to the event, and encourage those with an interest in broadcasting to contact the SEU with career opportunity inquiries. Presentation packages were provided with information about Estrella Media, the local stations, their personalities and programs as well as job descriptions of various positions within the SEU. Approximately 500 attended this particular event
4 Participate in Job Fair / Career Fair Activity: Best Hire Career Fair Date: January 30, 2020 Participating personnel: HR Generalist and Radio Sales Assistant Description: The SEU participated in the Best Hire Career Fair held at the Sheraton Suites, 2400 West Loop South, in Houston Texas. The event featured booths from several hiring companies. The SEU met with guests to let them know about our company and the available job opportunites. Presentation packages were provided with information about Estrella Media, the local stations, their personalities and programs as well as job descriptions of various positions within the SEU. Approximately 300 attended this event.
