Meet Christopher Whipple With the opening of our new Aquatics Center, we are so excited to have Chris here at the St. Paul JCC. Chris is a nationally recognized aquatics and recreation professional with extensive experience managing comprehensive aquatic programs, youth programming and summer Our new Aquatics Center will include two separate swimming camps.
