Involves expanding from 2 lanes to 4 lanes almost throughout the alignment; with expansion from 4 lanes to 6 lanes in some sections especially intersections; Rehabilitation of existing short bridges (i.e., Malinta, Paso de Blas, Maysan). Monica to Meralco Avenue) : • 1,490-m, north bound underpass; • 600-m, south bound viaduct; • 890-m at grade road Improve accessibility between the commercial business districts (CBDs) of Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig and Strategic Makati.
