Vermont Association of Broadcasters Annual Meeting Tuesday, June 4, 2019 Capitol Plaza Hotel, Montpelier, VT Vermont Association of Broadcasters Annual Meeting Tuesday, June 4, 2019 Capitol Plaza Hotel, Montpelier, VT Meeting Called to Order at 9:00 AM Present: Kelli Corbeil (WTSA FM), Bob Gammon (WTSA AM), Jay Barton (WCAX), Wally Caswell (WRFK,WSNO, WWFY, WWOD), Nichole Romano (proxy for WKKN, WTHK), Dan Dubonnet (WOKO, WKOL, WJOY, WIZN, WBTZ), Justin Antoniotti (WPTZ & WNNE), Alexander von Lichtenberg (WVNY, WFFF), Jason Keller (proxy for WEQX), Stephen Puffer (WYKR & WTWN), Charlotte Strasser (proxy for WDEV AM & FM, WCVT, WEXP, WLVB), John Landry (WCFR), Aaron Gonthier (WCVR), Joe Tymecki (proxy for 15 VT Public Radio stations) and JoAnn Cyr (WCPV, WEAV, WEZF, WVMT, WVTK, WVMT, WXXX). Board of Directors Election: President Wally Caswell presented the current board’s recommendation as follows: Kelli Corbeil, President Steve Cormier, Vice President Joe Tymecki, Treasurer Dave Godette, Secretary Brian Damm, Director-at-Large Dan Dubonnet moved to accept the nominees as recommended by the current board of directors. Motion seconded by Jay Barton. All in favor. Motion passed. Reports: - Executive Director Wendy Mays summarized highlights from the written Annual Report of Member Benefits distributed at check-in. - Lucie Garrand and Rebecca Lewandowski from Downs Rachlin Martin summarized activity of interest in the state house this past session. - Alexander von Lichtenberg summarized VAB advocacy for radio and television with Vermont’s members of congress during the February NAB State Leadership Conference in Washington D.C. No motion was made to adjourn, but meeting adjourned at 9:30AM. .

We strive to meet the needs of all children that attend our program. In rare circumstances if our program can not meet the needs of a child and/or the child has an issue that is causing harm to themselves or others and can not be resolved, the child may be asked to leave the program. Fees: There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee. Each class is $5/ day. Payments ​ ​ shall be made monthly or yearly. A notice of payments due will be posted monthly. The purpose of this program is to train high school and adult students for the field of child care. The philosophy of the program is to give the students practical experiences in working with young children. The theory is that one learns best by doing.
