Resident ID cards also allow for unlimited Hours of Operation free use of the Clearfield and North Forest pools during the summer (Hours subject to change) months. ID cards are valid for one calendar year. Monday – Friday – 8:30a.m.- 5:30p.m. Cards may only be purchased at the Youth & Recreation Department Saturday - 10:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m. office. Cost is $5.00 per person; cash, check or charge. Open swim is for AMHERST RESIDENTS WITH VALID ID AND by RESERVATION ONLY – online or call 631-7132 Covid -19 Pool Safety • To register you will need an active account at • A mask must be worn when not in the water, www.amherstyouthandrec.org – (current ID and email on file) this includes the pool deck • To make a reservation everyone entering the pool deck must have a current town ID; Amherst residents only • Social Distancing is required at all times • Register all family members that will be attending - they must be registered to enter pool area • Please arrive and leave in your bathing suit • ID must be shown when checking in (locker rooms not available) • Registration opens one week prior • Registration closes at 11:59pm the day before; no reservation will be • NO chairs or benches will be available – taken after that you may bring your own • You may only register for one open swim time per day • You may register for lap swim and open swim on the same day • Water fountains and vending will not be available – To make reservations for open swim: please bring your own water 1. Log into your account - must have current resident ID card 2. Select pool tab and open swim • No glass in the facility 3. Click on + to select day and times. • Exit will be through the gate, no re-entry to the building 4. Remember to select all family members that will be attending, if not on list they will not be allowed onto the pool deck. • You will be asked to leave for failure to comply. 5.
