- GOVERNrvIENT OF Office oj the District Magistrate, [Planning Section] ORDER NO. 02/ARC I 2019-2020 ( MPLADS - Ith LS)

Administrative approval. in respect of the scheme recommended by Mr. , H011'hle M.P. of IO-Ber/,ampore P. C. detailed at annexure and financial sanction against the scheme is hereby accorded for execution of the said scheme under M.P's Local Area Development Scheme out of the fund available for the year 2019-2020.

Out of available balance amount of Rs. 2,16,49,953.00 (Rupees Two Crore Sixteen Lakh Forty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Three) only and in anticipation of MPLADS Fund as per para 4.IJ of the MPLADS Guidelines, fund earmarked for Mr. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Hon'ble M.P. of 10- P. C. for the year 2019-2020, an amount of Rs. 1,88,14,250.00 (Rupees One Crore Eighty Eight Lakh Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) only is hereby allocated to the National Small Industries Corp. LId. Salt Lake, for execution the scheme(s) through the approved agencies.

2.(1) The schemers) shown in the annexure should be implemented by the National Small Industries Corp. Ltd. Salt Lake, as per provision of the W.B. Finance Rule.

2.(11). The schemets) should be executed as per specification and estimate(s) ill the established procedure existing ill the site and in accordance with the guidelines as provided in this regard by the Government of . Proper procedure should be followed rigidly while executing the scheme(s).

2(UJ) The work should be taken up immediately and should be completed within the estimated and sanctioned amount as early as possible.

2(IV) Prequent review of progress of work should be made and a monthly report showing physical and financial achievement should be submitted by the Executing Agency to this end so as to make it reach this end QV the 7th of the following month. Besides, the M.P. should also be apprised of the progress of works regularly.

2(V) The Sub - 'Divisional Officer, Sadar/Kandi should also monitor and inspect the executional works and to submit the periodically report covering all relevant aspects regularly. 3. Separate account of this fund should be maintained and the same should not be mixed up with other fund or any other schemes in any case. 4. The amount sanctioned against the whole schemes should be collected by Ale PAYEE CHEQUE from the District Planning Officer, Murshidabad on submission of proper requisition to the Development & Planning section of this Collectorate at Administrative Building, Berhampore, Murshidabad after starting of work. This (unci should be credited in the S.B. Ale so maintained by the executing agency.

5. The Block Development Officer, Berhampore, -l, Beldanga-ll, , Kandi, Nowda, Bhararpur-I& Bharatpur-Il Block are hereby requested kindly to supervise the scheme and ensure for installation of the Solar light as per pinpointed site recommended by the Hon'ble MP, the list of pinpointed site is enclosed herewith. They are also requested to submit the work completion certificate with photograph after satisfactory completion of the entire installation-work. 6. The National Small Industrles Corp. Ltd. Salt Lake is hereby requested to execute the entire work as Executing Agency as per the vetted plan estimate at tile pinpointed site properly. He is also requested to maintain the quality of product and assure warranty as per provision of the appropriate Department of the Central & State Government.

7. The financial rules should be followed rigidly in respect of executional works and the works should have to be completed within the date fixed in the ANNEXU RE.

8. Utilisation and Completion Certificates should have to be submitted to this office after completion of the scheme..
