IV V What’s included in Dream House 2.0 plans

What's included within The Construction Package?

Options for three different types of exteriors are included, such as masonry, wood clapboard, and board and baton.

All three options include: Construction plans, details, elevations, sections and details galore

HOW MUCH DOES THE BASIC DREAM HOUSE PLAN COST TO CONSTRUCT?

Because of the elegant simplicity of this design, it has been built all over the world with great success, ease and satisfaction. Some locations include: India, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the United States and South America. Construction methods and costs vary by region.

Originally, in 1998, the Dream House could have been constructed in the ballpark of $200,000; however, construction costs have increased over time.

Depending on what features you choose as well as the location, model and size, the Dream House 2.0 can range in price from $380,000 to $900,000; but keep in mind the location of the Dream House 2.0 is an important price factor. A house in the hamptons will be immensely pricier than a Dream House in Flor- ida or rural Texas. The baseline square foot cost to construct the Dream House 2.0 is between $250 to $550 a square foot, depending on the level of material and details you choose. You can be as cost-mod- est as you want or not.

Your contractor/architect can assist you in securing the correct level and price that meets your expecta- tions.
