Description of the Requested Records You request: [A] copy of the BOEM FOIA Case Log for calendar year 2017 and calendar year 2018. Fee Category We classified you as an "other-use" requester. As such, we may charge you for some of our search and duplication costs, but we will not charge you for our review costs; you are also entitled to up to 2 hours of search time and 100 pages of photocopies (or an equivalent volume) for free. See 43 C.F.R. § 2.39. You also agreed to pay up to $2S.00 for processing of this request. If, after taking into consideration your fee category entitlements, our processing costs will be less than $50.00, we will not bill you because the cost of collection would be greater than the fee collected. See 43 C.F.R. § 2.37(g). The Bureau's Final Response to Your Request Because you asked for the agency's FOIA logs for calendar years 2017 and 2018, BOEM ran the "Bureau Log Report" in DOI's electronic FOIA tracking system on December 20, 2018. The report was run for fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019 (to the date of the search) in order to capture all dates specified in your request. 1 Our search resulted in the retrieval ofthe attached FOIA Log Reports (39 pages total) that are responsive to your request.
