In compliance with the November 5, 2012 Docket Entry issued in this Cause, the DSMCC hereby submits the attached EM&V Report for November, 2014. Evaluation progress is reported in summary bullet form to allow for ease of review and to minimize reporting costs. 1. Overall evaluation management and operations Current Efforts The team finalized the report template for the year 3 (end of cycle report) and has posted that template for all analysts to use. The report is being written as the end of year results come in to help avoid last minute timing and staffing issues. Formatting of the Summary Report is in progress to allow for timely delivery of reports once analysis and reporting have been completed. Formatting of the benefit cost input sheets is in progress to help avoid end of cycle analysis delays. The Team is conducting yearend analysis for each program by utility. Each program and utility has its own schedule based on the ending of Core programs which has influenced the timing of evaluation activities. The Evaluation Report is being developed and populated as evaluation activities are wrapped up. Economic impact analysis has begun for the Core programs across the 3-year evaluation cycle. End of cycle planning and coordination with GoodCents is on-going with data download plans in place for end of the year transfers. Evaluation work flow and budget allocations are on schedule. Market Baseline Residential Market Baseline Current Efforts The evaluation team commenced planning for 2015 market effects study. The evaluation team engaged the team for onsite visits. The evaluation team issued a data request for customer lists from GoodCents. GoodCents reports that they already have the data, but are waiting for approval from the DSMCC to release the data. Up-coming efforts The evaluation team submitted the market effects research plan for the 2015 research. The evaluation team has commenced refreshing data collection instruments. The evaluation team has commenced drafting a detailed evaluation plan. Issues, Issue Status and Resolutions as Appropriate None at this time.
