We visited the friendly and curious turkeys that live at Quattro’s farm in Millbrook, NY. The A s I sit here (working late on a Friday Quattro’s Farm Store is located at evening, trying to get this November issue 2251 U.S. 44, Pleasant Valley, NY. ready to go to the printer), I catch myself thinking about the upcoming month of Cover photo by November and what we associate with it: Thorunn Kristjansdottir Thanksgiving.
