Group minimums and maximums are referenced. Please note the following: ▪ Pencil bookings can be accepted but must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability ▪ Pricing and timing schedules are subject to change until booking is confirmed ▪ Our standard terms and conditions apply, including our cancellation policy CENTRAL AUCKLAND SCHEDULE Auckland Waterfront Guided Bike Tour – half day Enjoy a fun, leisurely ride along Auckland’s iconic waterfront with knowledgeable, friendly guides. We’ll start our tour in the centre of Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) before we ride along safe, off road cycle paths to beautiful, golden sand beaches and the charming seaside community of Mission Bay. Light refreshments will be served on the beach before we pedal back to the city. This guided bike tour is suited to all ages and abilities. Large groups easily catered for. NOTE: e-bikes are available, but we strongly recommend standard bikes for this tour because of the easy, flat terrain. This tour is very popular with cruise, conference and incentive groups, as well as families. The following itinerary shows our morning tour timings; this tour can also be run in the afternoon from 1pm: Time PRIVATE TOUR 9.15am Guides on site at Adventure Capital base Conference activity organiser to arrange transfers for participants – note: our guides can meet delegates at the ASB Waterfront Theatre and walk them to our base in Wyndham Street for a small additional fee on request (10 minutes on foot). 9.30am Safety briefing Safety briefing and gear fit out to be handled by Adventure Capital staff 9.45am Guided bike tour begins We will follow safe, off-road cyclelanes towards Mission Bay with several stops on route including key historic points, entertainment districts, shopping precincts and highly scenic viewpoints 11.15am Morning refreshments Participants can choose between barista made coffee or NZ ice cream 11.45am Ride back to the city Brief stop at Okahu Corner for group photo’s 12.30pm Tour ends Participants walked back to ASB Waterfront Theatre if requested for a small additional fee; farewells Pricing $98 per person – Minimum 6 people, maximum 10 people per group (up to 10 groups can be run on the same day). Includes senior guides, bike rental (bike, helmet, cable lock), afternoon refreshments, souvenir map Excludes transfers to and from our base ($50 per group each way on foot), full meals and additional beverage requests. WAIHEKE ISLAND SCHEDULE Waiheke Island Easy Ride– full day e-bike tour This tour starts and ends at our base conveniently located less than 10 mins from the downtown ferry terminal in Auckland city and the ASB Waterfront Theatre. Your guide will accompany you throughout your journey, providing full commentary and guidance. The e-bikes make the hills of Waiheke easy work so you can relax and enjoy the laidback beauty of the island, while still enjoying an active adventure. One wine tasting is included near the end of the tour, before we head back to the city. NORTH AUCKLAND SCHEDULE Matakana Day Trip – full day This full day tour is the ideal choice for art, crafts, food & wine lovers. Participants will enjoy an inspirational day in one of Auckland’s most beautiful regions, well loved by locals for the quality and variety of experiences on offer. A lovely scenic drive through New Zealand’s infamous green farmlands and spectacular coastal views is another highlight of this full day tour. Time PRIVATE TOUR 8.45am Guides on site ASB Waterfront Theatre? Introductions 9am Depart for Matakana Scenic drive along northern expressway 10am Arrive Brick Bay Sculpture walk followed by wine tasting and lunch platters 1.30pm Arrive Matakana Village Artisan food producers, craft stores, local galleries Participants free to explore and shop as they desire 3pm Return journey to Auckland 4pm Tour ends Participants transferred to ASB Waterfront Theatre? CENTRAL AUCKLAND SCHEDULE Ayrlies Garden tour – afternoon half day Considered by many to be one of the finest private gardens in the world, Ayrlies Garden covers 12 acres of European inspired landscaping, with a further 35 acres of New Zealand native wetlands. The owner, Bev McConnell, has spent over 50 years of her life, with a small team of dedicated full-time gardeners, to create this “must see” masterpiece which has featured in prestigious publications such as the Wall Street Journal.
