This preliminary budget supports the management of South Florida’s primary water management infrastructure that provides flood control and water supply for nearly 9 million residents as well as ongoing ecosystem restoration projects and efforts that provide benefits to people and the environment. Our preliminary budget demonstrates our commitment to the District’s mission of ecosystem restoration, flood protection, and water supply.
