I am thrilled and excited to begin this journey as the Director of Christian Education. I have been active in the United Methodist

Church since I was a child growing up in Pennsylvania, from going to Sunday School, to overnight retreats to teaching classes at a few conferences, I gained a great foundation in my faith. While

Worship Hours 8:30 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.; Adult Sunday School 9:30 a.m.; Children’s Sunday School 10 a.m. doing some searching in my twenties, I explored different religions, but still always circling back Church Office: 843.757.3351, Church Office E-mail – [email protected]; Web Site – http://www.blufftonumc.org Pastor’s cell – 803.671.1691; email– [email protected]; Pastor’s address: 85 Calhoun St, Bluffton SC 29910 to how the United Methodist Church in a small town with big hearts had raised me. I was able to Office hours – Mon–Thurs 9:30a–2:30p Mail address: Bluffton UMC, PO Box 368, Bluffton, SC 29910 spend time learning about other cultures, but traveling out of the country to help the Sisters of Mercy with a rehabilitation hospital and vocational school had been two of the most rewarding and hardest experiences I have ever encountered. I will be happy to meet with others and share more, but for now I will keep it short and sweet, and I hope to help here in Bluffton with education and ministry to continue the good work that this church is currently doing. Peace and Love, Laurel
