Founder Chairman of a Local NGO-CBO in Banda parish. Managed donor funds from Canadian Embassy, French Embassy and Department for International Development (DFID) and also from Action Aid Uganda-Reflect Adult Literacy program, a pilot program in urban centre. 4. Participated in and Management and treatment on and off Cholera epidemics in Kampala City Council (KCC) ever since 1997 and and in Community Management of Malaria in Kibimba Rice Scheme in Bugiri District Uganda.
