Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives. Initiatives Date Location Description Titles of Employees Involved Entercom Greenville offers internships at the radio stations in our Promotions and Programming departments. Interns must be college students and receive Periodically Entercom college credit for the internships. The Promotions Directors and the Program Directors 1 Internship Program throughout the Greenville Programming Directors oversee the internships to evaluate the interns and Promotions Director year ensure they are receiving information and education. Internships are ongoing throughout the year. Two (2) interns participated in this program. Entercom representatives participated in a job fair at USC Upstate. USC Upstate Greenville Greenville, Applications, open position lists, and business cards were distributed to the Promotions Team 2 8/28/2018 Premier Fair SC students who attended the job fair. The students were also encouraged to ask questions about the different departments and jobs within Entercom. Entercom representatives participated in an internship job fair at USC Upstate. USC Upstate Fall Spartanburg, Applications, open position lists, and business cards were distributed to the Promotions Team 3 9/18/2018 Internship Fair SC students who attended the job fair. The students were also encouraged to ask questions about the different departments and jobs within Entercom. Managers were trained regarding EEO compliance rules. All department Entercom 4 Manager EEO Training 2/5/2019 heads are expected to adhere to the EEO rules and complete all necessary Business Manager Greenville paperwork for each new hire. Entercom representatives participated in a job fair at Tri-County Tech. Tri-County Technical Pendleton, Applications, open position lists, and business cards were distributed to the Promotions Team 5 College Annual Career 2/20/2019 SC students who attended the job fair. The students were also encouraged to ask Fair questions about the different departments and jobs within Entercom. The Promotions Department at Entercom participated in the Fountain Inn Fountain Inn Elementary Fountain Inn, Elementary School Career Fair. They discussed careers in radio as well as Promotions Team 6 4/5/2019 School Career Fair SC future internship opportunities. An overview of each department was discussed with the students. Entercom attended the national industry wide career fair at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, 7 NAB National Job Fair 4/9/2019 Las Vegas.
