For example, at an anti-Israel demonstration last November, an SJP supporter approached a Jewish CSI student who was holding a sign that said, “Keep calm and hug a Jew,” and said to the student, “I don’t hug murderers.” A Muslim student reportedly told a Jewish student leader that “I can’t be seen with you… It’s not good for me to be seen with Jews.” Another Muslim student leader, who worked constructively with Jewish students, reportedly confessed to a Jewish leader that SJP told him that he was not a “good Muslim” if he associ- ated with Jews and Hillel.
