MoROC exists to “improve the quality of life, enhance opportunities and help empower citizens and rural communities of Missouri by bringing together a coalition of pub- lic and private entities.” Led by a Board of Directors, MoROC brings together hundreds of problem-solver partners from federal, state and local governments as well as private for-profit and not-for-profit organiza- tions to build a network based on collaboration and “new governance” principles.
