I graduated with a Master’s degree in Jazz in 2008 and have extensive experience in teaching beginner, jazz and contemporary guitar. I am also a regular performer and support artist for students and established musicians. I am seeking a substantial teaching role from a beginner to advanced level.

Helping The Jazz Combo learn new repertoire and improving their ability to improvise.

Achievements: Inspired interest and improved the students' ability to advance to their final year of study.

2006 - 2010 Itinerant Music Tutor - Rangitoto College, Long Bay College & Hato Petera College Responsibilities: Teaching and assessing guitar students, both individual and group lessons. Achievements: Inspired interest and increased the number of students, with more advanced pupils going on to tertiary study in music including Jazz and Contemporary.

Live performance is one of my strongest attributes. I have performed with leading Jazz artists, professional covers bands and pop artists whilst being in demand for session work.
