Soon, all Powys County Council tenants will receive a short Customer Satisfaction Survey to complete and return in a prepaid envelope or alternatively you can fill in the questionnaire online.

The Housing Service is committed to providing quality services in an effective and efficient way. This survey will be your opportunity to give us your views and to receive feedback on what you tell us.

The feedback we receive will advise the Housing Service on how to improve the service it provides, and target resources effectively.

Feedback will be given in a future edition of Open House and will be posted on the Council Website.

All completed questionnaires will be entered into a prize draw where you could win a prize of £100.
