Hampton said the food boxes were provided to the church through the nonprofit Farmers to Family Food box, a USDA program.     Statement of Basis Draft Greenhouse Gas Prevention of Significant Deterioration Preconstruction Permit for the El Paso Electric Company, Montana Power Station Permit Number: PSD-TX-1290-GHG September 2013 This document serves as the statement of basis for the above-referenced draft permit, as required by 40 CFR 124.7. This document sets forth the legal and factual basis for the draft permit conditions and provides references to the statutory or regulatory provisions, including provisions under 40 CFR 52.21, that would apply if the permit is finalized. This document is intended for use by all parties interested in the permit. I. Executive Summary On April 20, 2012, El Paso Electric Company (EPEC) submitted to EPA Region 6 a Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit application for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions from its proposed Montana Power Station. The Montana Power Station is to be a new 400 MW (nominal) electric power plant in El Paso County, Texas including four General Electric (GE) natural gas-fired turbines (Model LMS100) and associated equipment, including cooling towers, a firewater pump engine, ammonia storage tanks and unloading system, circuit breakers and a diesel storage tank. In connection with the same proposed project, EPEC submitted a PSD permit application for non-GHG pollutants to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on April 20, 2012. The draft permit, if finalized as proposed, would authorize GHG emissions from the four turbines, firewater pump engine, circuit breakers, maintenance, startup and shut down emissions and fugitive leak emissions. The remaining units are not considered to be potential GHG emission sources.

Strauss Pace University SCRIPTED STEREOTYPES IN REALITY TV 1 Abstract Diversity, or lack thereof, has always been an issue in both television and film for years. But another great issue that ties in with the lack of diversity is misrepresentation, or a substantial presence of stereotypes in media. While stereotypes often are commonplace in scripted television and film, the possibility of stereotypes appearing in a program that claims to be based on reality seems unfitting. It is commonly known that reality television is not completely “unscripted” and is actually molded by producers and editors. While reality television should not consist of stereotypes, they have curiously made their way onto the screen and into our homes. Through content analysis this thesis focuses on Latina/Hispanic-American and Asian-American contestants on ABCs’ The Bachelor and whether they present stereotypes typically found in ​ ​ scripted programming.

It was then known as the El Paso Electric Railway Company. Initially, its primary business consisted of providing transportation via mule-drawn streetcars, which were replaced in 1902 with electric streetcars. By 1925, the Company’s core business had evolved to producing and distributing electricity. That year, the Company changed its name to the El Paso Electric Company. It was also granted authorization to transact business in New Mexico. Today, El Paso Electric is a regional electric utility providing generation, transmission and distribution service to approximately 384,000 retail and wholesale customers in a 10,000 square mile area of the Rio Grande valley in west Texas and southern New Mexico. Its service territory extends from Hatch, New Mexico to Van Horn, Texas.
