Preliminary Entries by number: deadline 31st December 2020

The FIS online registration system must be used to send the preliminary entries. The national entry, containing the preliminary number of team members (women and men), including competi- tors and officials, must be in possession of the Organising Com- mittee no later than December 31st 2020

Final Entries by name: deadline 24th February 2021

The FIS online registration system must be used to send the entries. The official team entry must contain the number of competitors (incl. names and dates of birth) as well as the number of officials and service staff (incl. names, if possible). This entry must be sent to Organizing Committee no later than 7 days before the first team captains meeting. The official team entry must consist of the exact date of arrival and departure. The Organizer must be informed at least 7 days before the first team captains meeting about any changes to the arrival date and the originally registered size of team, as well as any withdrawals from the event. If this is not done, the Organizing Committee will invoice the costs incurred for cancelled accommodation (per art. 10 WJC Rules) to the National Association concerned.

Bansko lies in the South-western part of Bulgaria, at the tip of the National Park. Once you arrive at the airport in Sofia or Plovdiv, there are a number of ways to travel to Bansko. The Organizer will provide accommodation in accord- ance with official arriving - departure dates:

Men – 1st March – 5th March

Women – 6th March – 10th March Teams will be accommodated in Strazhite hotel and/ or similar properties in Bansko town. Depending on the accommodation the approximate distance from hotels up to bottom station of the is from 300 m. up to 2300 m. Accommodation price of 90 CHF per person per night will be applied for all team members – athletes, coaches and teams officials. This price includes: • accommodation on full board basis • ski passes • tourist taxes • shuttle bus service up to bottom station of the gondola lift. Allocation of single rooms will be in accordance with art. 10.3 Rules for Alpine WJC.

Payments: Payment of the costs of transfers Sofia-Bansko-Sofia and accommodation will be settled on the day before the departure, at latest after the last teams captain meeting, for the respective gender race.
