The usual file folds, still overall fine or better. ....................................................................................Est $200 908 * Collection of Stampless New Brunswick Folded Letters, 1840s and 1850s, with 21 in all, mostly written-up on pages explaining the postmarks, rates and routes. Registered to Qué- bec City, mailed on MAR.9.1863 (double broken circle with basal “D”) and rated FREE (handstamp) and REGISTERED (boxed handstamp) to Crown Lands office. Back has a City of Ottawa transit MAR.10.1863 and a red Quebec C.E “change- ling” receiver dated MAR.12.1863. Est $50 114 914 * Group of Eight Better Québec Stampless Covers and Folded Letters, 1851 Saint Croiz LC manuscript double circle to St Antoine, 1814 Québec Fleuron postmark on back of let- ter to Montreal, 1850 Steamboat Letter Québec broken circle in red to Montreal, 1890 Robertson Station PQ double oval c.d.s. in green on card to Québec, 1829 La Prairie manuscript 1829-Type broken circle in red to Montreal, 1825 Québec PAID and Québec Fleuron markings on each side of a fold- ed letter to Montreal (tear at top), 1816 Québec PAID and Québec Fleuron markings on each side of a folded letter to Montreal and 1848 Quebec LC double broken circle in red 912 * 1867 Cover Mailed by Thomas D’Arcy McGee, being a plus Crown Paid at Quebec LC double circle in red on cover cover with House of Commons Canada large crown shield to Worcestershire England. A nice lot, collected for the post- handstamp in red, next to a red serifed and italic FREE in- marks, which are mostly all very nice examples. A few small side two horizontal lines. The cover is datestamped Ottawa faults on the covers, still overall very fine group with many C.W NOV.18.1867 and endorsed at bottom left “TDMcGee” transit and/or receiver postmarks on backs. in black pen, addressed to Henry Morgan.
