Although Chinese statistics has done many reformations and increase, the innovation is urgent, especially in making nation statistics industrialization, market turning, diversification, standardization and internationalization, and then it can make statistics better service in all levels government and each trade, business enterprise particularly. However, as a business enterprise, it should be able to exist,develop,invest,gain economy benefit and manage with scientific technique.To participate in the various economic activity, it demand abundant of social information, economic information,price information and administrant information;and statistic is the main body of these all kinds of information.Along with the development of modern management and instauration of modern corporation system and corporation combination,the function of statistical work has changed from simplex information, consultation,supervision and ministrant to forecast, analyse, monitoring and participating in the corporation decision-making. Because the statistic work is running through every kind of process of the enterprise activity,and infiltrating into each section and branch of the enterprise, we require special statistic information collecting at lots of aspects,such as the enterprise strategy of development, the momentous technology alteration,the main asset recombination and expanding, the new investment with capital asserts,the stock is coming into the market, the futures operation,the marketing research and forecast,the production information about R&D, manufacture, market rate of the same trade,and the rival with its marketing strategy,market share and rate.. In my idea,to do well in statistic work,not only we should obey the internal and international statistic rules,but also we should give our attention to the next three items: A, We should integrate it with the actual circumstance of the corporation and design statistic index and index system in a creative way. Such as Shandong Wanjie Ltd Group, it is one of the 127 experimental units radicated by Chinese State Department, at the same time it is one of the 136 important corporations radicated by Shandong Government and one of 23 super corporations in Shandong Province, so the group's statistic index should satisfy not only the national statistic institution but also the statistic institution of Shandong Province.The group do well in manufacturing with chemical fiber as its predominance industry and with architecture, weave, pharmacy, iron and steel industry, large advanced medical treatment center, and Wanjie Medicine College,etc. as its sideline ;some of those has come out top in that industry. So it is important and urgent to find the suited index, which can supervise the development, balance and decision-making by the collecting, gathering, analysis and coordination of data, about output, quality, marketing, storage, payoff, financing, logistics, input of scientific research and permanent assets,etc. Group including canonical operational parent company and some subsidiary companies in various industry, the statistics become especially important and complicated, and we have a important task to strengthen the statistic and the fabrication of the statistic institution, to bring cogent statistical system. B, We should strengthen gathering and analyse to the statistic. That is important to the statistic innovation.
