• Over 14 years of postgraduate teaching and research at University level. He deals with courses on Indian society, rural studies, classical sociological thinkers, Indian thinkers, peasant movement, social exclusion, sociology of religion. He guided over 4 Ph.D’s and 17 M.phil dissertations on issues related to Religion, urban space, migrants, agrarian reforms, democratic decentralization, rural development, subaltern communities etc.
