CROYDON PRIDE PrideFest is an inclusive event staged and hosted by local charity, Croydon £600.00 Pride. Now in its third year, Croydon PrideFest has become a firm event in the south London LGBT+ calendar of events.

KNOWLEDGE & PRACTICE To address specific problems which marginalised young people face in Croydon area £500.00 which includes poor educational outcomes, poverty, unhealthy lifestyle and low levels of aspiration

CASSANDRA LEARNING CENTRE-MEN SUPPORT GROUP Men Support Group address many issues such as healthy and unhealthy £500.00 relationships. Trauma, Anger Management, family origin, sexuality issues, parenthood, domestic abuse and substance misuse health issues.

FRIENDS OF NORBURY PARK NOTICE BOARD Two notice boards have been installed in Norbury Park one by the Main entrance £405.20 (behind the old police station) and the other one by the school playground, Green Lane entrance.

CITIZEN WELFARE ORGANISARION Exclusive social events for elderly and disabled children. £500.00

The event will be geared at the local community who live predominantly but not exclusively in the Norbury area and to bring back their memories of the traditional savoury dishes that they have prepared in the past.

SCOTS ESTATE NORBURY RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION (SERA) 2019 represents 10 years since the launch of SERA. We have been very successful £1,000.00 but membership has flat lined (at around 170). We want to celebrate the anniversary and relaunch the organisation with a new name and logo to bring it up to date, recognising that an increasing proportion of the residents in our patch live in the blocks of flats on London Rd etc. and may not recognise the ‘Scots Estate’. To date, very few of these residents have joined SERA.

FRIENDS OF NORBURY HALL PARK Encourage the use of the park by families, reclaim this part of the park (picnic area) £3,500.00 from drinkers and reduce litter and anti-social behaviour.

Encouraging families to experience nature and to get involved in their local park and Improve the appearance of the park.

LOVE NORBURY Encourage more community involvement/empowerment and inspire people to get £12,296.80 involved in/attend the many activities and events that happen throughout the year in Norbury developing an active and inclusive community.
