If Thompson were to average 16.7 points over the course of a 27-game regular season, he would vault from 62nd place on the NEC career chart all the way into the top-ten. As a junior, Thompson averaged 14.4 ppg to lead the Mount in scoring for a third consecutive season.

Consistency Lands St. Francis (NY) In NEC Recordbook St. Francis (NY) has finished at or above .500 in NEC play eight straight seasons, the longest active streak in the conference and tied with Fairleigh Dickinson (1981-89) and Marist (1982-90) for the longest stretch in league history. The Terriers finished 9-9 against conference competition in 2004- 05 and qualified for the NEC Tournament for the 15th consecutive season (second to FDU’s league record 18 from 1984-01).
