Expertly staged for HARID by Leslie Peck and meticulously rehearsed by Svetlana Osiyeva, Serenade is breathtaking in its simplicity and glorious in its emotional connection to the score. Marie Tender, a member of the 2014 graduating class, was effervescent in the role of the Russian Girl, while Fiona Dassum’s sublime lines revealed the understated beauty of the classical aesthetic. Annual-Fund Campaign Please help us achieve this year’s annual-fund campaign goal of $100,000. Your generous gift will be used to provide financial assistance for students whose families cannot afford the fees associated with room and board at the school. Over the years, hundreds of gifted young dancers have relied on such assistance in order to complete their studies at HARID.
