Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 Manchester City Council Local Development Framework Guide to Development in Manchester Supplementary Planning Document and Planning Guidance: Adoption Statement pursuant to Regulation 19 Manchester City Council adopted its Guide to Development in Manchester Supplementary Planning Document and Planning Guidance on 11th April 2007. This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides guidance to all of those involved in the development process in Manchester. The adopted SPD is available for public inspection in the following locations: Planning Reception, Level 7 of the Town Hall Extension, on weekdays between 9:00am and 4:30pm Central Library (Local Studies Unit), St. Peter’s Square, M2 5PD, on Monday to Thursday 10am to 8pm and Friday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. The SPD is also available to view on the Council’s website at http://www.manchester.gov.uk/planning/development/guidetodev/index.htm Any person aggrieved by the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SPD; and any such application for leave must be made promptly and in any event not later 11th July 2007. .
