5. Vendor's V.A.T. Status The Vendor shall give the Auctioneer all relevant information as to his VAT status with regard to the Lot(s) to be sold which he warrants is and will be correct and upon which the Auctioneer shall be entitled to rely.

6. Photography The Auctioneers reserve the right to photograph any item(s) for reproduction in catalogues or for publicity purposes. There is a maximum charge of £30.00for black and white and £150.00 for colour photographs (together with any VAT chargeable thereon).

7. General The Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion as to the following:- (a) Whether to offer any Lot for sale or not (b) The description of any Lot in the catalogue (c) The printed estimated price of any Lot in the catalogue.

In these Conditions of sale the following words and expressions shall have the following meaning:-

“The Auctioneers” Angling Auctions

“Hammer Price” the price at which the Lot is Knocked down to the Buyer.
