She tells us that he promised to bring her back to her homeland within ten years, and kept his promise seven years ago. He is now a professor of business at the University of Hawaii, and the Miccios will be traveling to Taiwan this summer where Dr. Miccio will chair a seminar in industrial engineering at the University of Taiwan.
