The leadership of Marine Corps Base Hawaii changed Monday morning as BGen. Richard F. Vercauteren relinquished command to BGen. David F. Bice. BGen. Bice previously served as the Commanding General, 3d Marine Division in Okinawa. BGen. Vercauteren will be serving as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, Plans, Policies and Operations (Plans) at Headquarters Marine Corps. In his departing speech BGen.
