In 2017/18 we performed to nearly 85,000 people, a 13% increase since 2013/14. In 2017/18, Little Angel Theatre produced 9 theatre productions (5 new and 4 revivals); 3 of which were co-productions: Zeraffa Girrafa with Omnibus Theatre which won an Offie, Kika’s Birthday with Orange Tree Theatre and Wizard Presents and The Singing Mermaid with Royal and Derngate. We continued to develop our immersive studios strand of work with a revival of Santa’s Little Workshop and a new show Junk, which invited children to take part in a journey through a recycling plant. Since April 2016, we have more than doubled the number of visiting productions from the previous year with 31 companies coming through our doors. The visiting productions from national and international companies have brought a great variety of puppetry to our audiences at Little Angel Theatre and we are proud to have supported these artists with a performance platform in London.
