Highlights for the class of 2018 include the following: Knowledge Rate For bachelor’s degree graduates the knowledge rate was 92%, much higher than the typical national average of 65% (NACE First Destination Report 2017). Average Starting Salary The average starting salary for bachelor’s degree graduates rose more than $2,000 from the previous year to $69,219, typically only about one-third of employed graduates report salary information, these data are confidential and used only in aggregate to produce this report.
