15th – 18th July 2021 - Rules and Regulations** Date 15th to 18th July 2021

Starting Point: Sardent- (15Km south of Guéret).

Categories: Expert – Seniors 1– Seniors 2 – Seniors 2 Plaisance – Seniors 3+ - Seniors 3+ Plaisance – Seniors 3 – Seniors 3 Plaisance – Seniors 4+ - Seniors 4+ Plaisance – Seniors 4 (Randonneurs) – Seniors 4 Plaisance (Randonneurs Plaisance) – Women 1 and Women 2 (Women 1 with the Seniors 3 Plaisance, Women 2 with the Seniors 4 Plaisance) - Veterans + 40 years – Veterans + 60 years.

The “Plaisance” category only does 1 lap per day

Seniors 3+ : 50% of S2 sections and 50% of S3 sections Seniors 4+ : 50% of S3 sections and 50% of S4 sections

Rules: The event will take place according to trials rules. The total time, the number of zones, etc.… can be modified due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Weather) or by decision of the jury.

Results: The results will be done on a day to day basis as well as the results cumulated over the course of the event. The results will conform to trials rules.

Abandon: Any rider who wishes to declare forfeit from the event will have to present himself/herself to the office to hand in their scorecard and their bib.

Note: Any rider who forfeited a day can ride the next day. The final results will be calculated taking into account the amount of zones ridden.

Entries: Open from 1st March 2021 to 1st July 2021.

Entry Fees : (Not reimbursable) The entry fees MUST be paid for with the entry form otherwise your entry will not be validated. The number of riders is limited to 350. The fee for the 4 days is 170 € . It is possible to compete for only 1, 2, or 3 days, the fee is 45 € per day. An one-event license which costs 115 € is available but you must absolutely download it before online and fill in the form on this site http://www.ffmoto.org/journee-licence. We will have some forms available during the administrative check but it will costs 10 € more if it is taken at the last moment (a medical certificate allowing you participate in motorcycle sports is compulsory). Your number will be allocated according to your category and the order that the entry forms arrive.

Registration: All riders must take all their paperwork to be checked on the 14th July 2021 from 14:00 to 20:00 at the hall in Sardent. You can also register the 15- 16-17-18 July 2021 from 7:30.

All riders MUST present the following documents: - Licence FFM, FIM 2020, ACU, ADAC.... - The bikes registration document (V5) (W et WW forbidden) - The bikes insurance certificate - Driving licence which covers the capacity of your bike (14-16 = 50cc, 16-18 = 125cc, 18+ = all cylinders) - Parental authorization for miners (<18) - For a 1 event licence a recent medical certificate (mentioning motorcycle sports) All riders must present to the technical control: - A bike compliant with current legislation (V5) - Number plate - Magnetic Lanyard Kill Switch (worn imperatively the whole duration of the race) - Efficient silencer(s) - Front and rear lights - Sprocket sticker /covers (as required by the FIM). - Only trials tires are permitted

Start: A start time and a race time will be defined for each driver. Group starts are allowed provided that the group is formed in advance and composed of a maximum of 6 pilots (stipulate the names of the drivers concerned when you register by completing the entry form or by mail ). Penalties will be awarded, they will be 1 point every 5 minutes for 45 minutes. Beyond 45 minutes you will be out of time with a fixed penalty of 30 points.

Each day the route will be signposted with a different colour that will be shown at the start.

15th July 2021: Start at 08:30 : 2 laps of 2 loops with a total of 15 sections The office closes at 19:00 16th July 2021 : Start at 08:00 : 2 laps of 2 loops with a total of 15 sections The office closes at 19:30 17th July 2021 : Start at 08:00 : 2 laps of 2 loops with a total of 18 sections The office closes at 19:30 18th July 2021 : Start at 08:00 : 1 lap of 2 loops with a total of 16 sections The office closes 17 : 00

Prize giving ceremony: Takes place from 18:00 in the hall at Sardent.

Insurance The event will be insured compliant with current legislation.
