The Architects 1. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by (Amendment) Bill, Shri on the 14th December, 2011:–– 2010. “That the Bill further to amend the Architects Act, 1972, be taken into consideration.”

The Academy of 2. SHRI VILASRAO DAGADOJIRAO DESHMUKH to move that the Bill Scientific and to establish an Academy for furtherance of the advancement of learning and Innovative prosecution of research in the field of science and technology in association with Research Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and to declare the institution known Bill, 2011. as the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research, to be an institution of national importance to provide for its incorporation and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by , be taken into consideration.

FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by The Educational Shri Kapil Sibal on the 31st August, 2010:–– Tribunals Bill, 2010. “That the Bill to provide for the establishment of Educational Tribunals for effective and expeditious adjudication of disputes involving teachers and other employees of higher educational institutions and other stake holders (including students, universities, institutions and statutory regulatory authorities), and to adjudicate penalties for indulging in unfair practices in higher education and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.”
